The apartment is perfectly furnished with equipment suitable for its characteristics and distribution. It has air conditioning with a cold and heat pump and a well-equipped kitchen. The room with automatic washing machine, sink, and clothesline is located on the rooftop terrace.
Guests have exclusive access to and enjoyment of the entire apartment. Access to and use of the laundry room are common and shared with another apartment.

At the end of their stay, the apartment must be left clean; we ask that they leave the towels and dirty bed linen in the bathroom. If desired, we can offer an additional cleaning service for an extra fee.
They will be very close to all kinds of services, restaurants, public parking, shops, supermarkets, pharmacies, health services, and a sports center with a winter pool.
The apartment is very close to the bus station and the taxi stand (200 meters). There is a large public transport network, train, buses, and taxis to the rest of the island, boat communication (ferry) with the mainland and other islands. International airport is 65 kilometers away. Great ease of transportation to and from the rest of the island.

APT USAGE MANUAL OR GUIDE

Upon arrival at the apartment, the guest will receive a keychain containing three keys: one opens the two entrance doors to the building and the bicycle parking, another opens the door providing access to the apartment, and the third key opens the laundry room (door on rooftop 2D). The building has an elevator. Crossing the building's hall and at the end of the corridor where the elevator is located, there is the door to the patio where the bicycle parking is located; it is necessary to use some security system for the bicycles as a preventive measure. Leaving bicycles in the building's hall is not allowed. To exit the building, you must press a switch located inside the portal on the left wall. Apartment entrance - behind the door is the electrical panel with the general switches, they are of universal format and are labeled. The main water shut-off valve is located inside the built-in wardrobe in the room, at the bottom left of the wall and near the floor. The appliances are easy to use; if needed, there is a folder in a drawer of the living room furniture with user manuals and other relevant information.

Very important safety and hygiene rules:

  • It is necessary to retract and secure the balcony awning and movable elements on windy or stormy days.
  • Turn off or disconnect small appliances such as clothes iron, toaster, kettle, etc., when not in the apartment.
  • Take out the trash from the apartment daily to avoid bad odors.
  • We recommend consuming bottled water; tap water contains very high levels of lime.
  • At the end of their stay, the apartment must be left clean; we ask that they leave the towels and dirty bed linen in the bathroom. If desired, we can offer an additional cleaning service for an extra fee. This building is also inhabited by people who work, so we ask that guests be understanding, respect the rules of coexistence, and avoid unnecessary noise as much as possible.
  • It is not allowed to smoke, except out in the balcony.
  • Pets are not allowed.
